Terms of Service

All orders are subject to these Terms of Service, which are made between you and us. By placing an order, you are accepting these Terms of Service.

Milk Churn Table Service Orders

For orders placed via QR code at your table:

  • Your order (including your credit or debit card details) will be sent to us online via a secure server
  • We will be contractually bound to fulfil your order once we have confirmed your order, but not otherwise
  • Products will be delivered directly to your table within the cafe
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, because we have run out of stock), we will inform you immediately and no charge will be made, or a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered to your table

Product Quality & Refunds

We strive to sell products of the very highest quality only.

For in-cafe table service orders: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify a member of staff immediately while still on the premises. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement. For issues discovered after leaving the premises, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by phone on 01403 823 980 or email [email protected].

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
