That’s why we’ve teamed up with The Sussex Crisp Company to create these truly special crisps, hand-cooked in small batches right here in East Sussex. We start with the finest British potatoes, leaving the skins on for extra flavour and crunch, and then season them with our own award-winning Sussex Charmer Cheese.
Our Sussex Charmer is a cheese we’re incredibly proud of—crafted in Rudgwick, it combines the creamy richness of a mature farmhouse Cheddar with the zingy bite of an Italian-style hard cheese. It’s a unique, multi-award-winning cheese that’s been recognised as Sussex Food Producer of the Year, and now it’s the star ingredient in these delicious crisps.
